Rijsttafel is an Indonesian meal - very popular in Amsterdam.

It's basically a buffet, but served at your table. Different restaurants have different options, but it's rice served with a huge variety of meat and veggie sides. Very flavorful and spicy - kinda like a combination of Thai and Indian food.
