An answer, of sorts
So I got on the phone, and just before my ear fell off an SAS finally picked up -- and told me that it is not possible to pull up your own booking on the SAS website. Huh? There's a page set up for that purpose, asking for last name and booking number. Surely registered users and/or Eurobonus members can access reservations?
Update -- the SAS agent just called back because the special meal I had requested turned out not to be on their list, and she read me a list of alternate choices. It's always refreshing when a CS rep pays attention and takes initiative to help a customer, even a coach pax. Of course, we'll see if the meal materializes.
Now I'm just hoping things clear up in CPH by Friday morning...
