Even as a DL Plat i don't get any regular TATL upgrades, especially from those cheap fares. But when it comes to op-up's you might have a good chance as an Elite+
"Regular" upgrades with either miles or certificates are only possible from the 3 highest eco fare buckets: Y, B, M. Anything else - forget it.
