Is that just during purchase? After purchase, I can never get my reservations to appear on the website. I've asked customer service about this, and all they say is that I can always call them instead.

Whenever I enter a PNR I get the following:
Si sono verificati i seguenti errori:
Siamo spiacenti, a causa di variazioni effettuate sull'itinerario prenotato, l'emissione del biglietto via web non č possibile
This response doesn't relate at all to the problem; it certainly isn't a valid explaination.
If I enter a flight number and date instead, the answer makes a little more sense:
il sistema non puņ richiamare una prenotazione corrispondente al volo AZ627 in data 05-mar-07 nel tuo Travel Planner.
Modifica i dati ed effettua una nuova ricerca.
