Thank you and I have looked at the khs site which gave 3rd qtr 2006 prices and see that our price is definitely on the highest end. Our friend has been renting this apt for the past few years at 1000E/mo. and this is his "inside" price and we are counting on 100,000E for renovation. They have already done some recent major renov. to the bldg(new roof, etc). Our dream would be to be able to put a rooftop glass enclosed room eventually, if we can get rooftop rights from the other tenants and the city. It is a quiet street for the 6th and the rooftops view is nice and it is close to Place St. Michel.
