I don't know where this "all natural == no side effects" comes from. King Cobra venom is all natural and will kill you. Arsenide is all natural and will kill you. Asbestos is all natural and has nasty side effects if inhaled (lung cancer).
Sorry, I always get tense when someone calls the "all natural == harmless" equation.
