Having it both ways - T3-T1 connection
Upon arrival into T3 I usually go landside (IRIS) and walk over to T1 and Zone R. often just the lines for the bus to FCC are loooong.

Was wondering whether it is possible to hedge one's bets and catch the bus to T1 FCC and once getting there and seeing long lines, is it still possible to go through arrivals immig and customs in T1 and re-enter through Zone R security? or are you stuck in FCC and not able to go through arrivals at that point?
