You obviously have not flown Delta in the past few months.

The front line employees now remind me of the "old Delta" and are super. The LCCs are now leading the fare increases and, in the case of JetBlue, learning a lesson in the hazards of razor-thin scheduling. ...And we won't even talk about Dougie the drunk...

The planes may be "FLITHY" but they are a lot cleaner than some of the competition.

The new AVOD system on DL is pretty impressive. As for the new HBO PPV offering, the press release did not say whether it would be certain programming on demand or just a satellite feed like the other cable programming currently offered.
