Jsut another way for DL to wring another $ out of anyone
DL is in such terrible shape.... bankrupt, poor employee morale, FLITHY planes, surly staff and extreme competition from the LCCs and a revitalized US Airways..... that nothing surprises me.
They may be leading the way in a new profit (or in their case a no profit center) but I can't imagine anyone will be pleased.
