Thanks guys. Data would be cool as I wouldn't mind the ability to check emails, but I can live without it. I really want voice calling, and small.

The SE t68i looks promising, if anyone can confirm that it does in fact work in both Japan and Korea with a Cingular SIM. [edit: scratch that, doesn't work]

Any suggested model numbers of phones that work in Japan and Korea (I don't care if they use CDMA there or UMTS or what, as long as they work), as well as GSM networks in USA and EU?

So far I have:

HTC TyTN/Cingular 8525
