Hi guys, my neighbour is ina panic having just heard that his partner has been taken ill in NYC and has been rushed into hospital for gall bladder removal op. He's trying to book a ticket to get out there but i've told him to wait. Surely BA have insurance and procedures to cover for sending partners and relatives and to staff taken ill abroad who can't fly back? Anybody know?
