There will not be any actual experience yet as the first Premiert Visa account would have been opened after Feb 23 2006 since that is the date the thread about the Premier Visa card started and when folks here on FT started APPLYING for the card. It is probably a little bit premature to be asking about the Cat 5 cert as the first ones should show up sometime in April.
