If you saw only one floor, more than likely it was one of two Terminal C PCs (either North or South). There is only one Terminal E PC which has 3 floors - the entrance and ID check on 2nd floor (concourse level), then main lounge with bar on 3rd floor and additional lounge floor w/o bar service.

Terminal C and E (and D) are connected together, so if you walk past gate E1 you are walking into terminal C.
