Not sure of the confusion. I said that hard to upgrade does not equate to profitable. Ah well, we're saying the same thing, I guess.

Yes, we are, the only distinction I was trying to make, and I admit, didn't do a very good job about was that there are two things that make a route hard to upgrade: a lot of paying J/F pax, and a lot of pax on cheap Y fares ponying up miles/VIPs to upgrade.
