Well, people may see "hard to upgrade," as you put it, to mean that it was full of revenue seats, keeping your VIPs from clearing even two mos. out. It was a bit confusing, but I now see we meant the exact same thing.
Not sure of the confusion. I said that hard to upgrade does not equate to profitable. Ah well, we're saying the same thing, I guess.
