There is no excuse for this, especially with their top elite members.</font>
Actually, I'm thankful that it looks like NWA doesn't keep history on each elite member's interaction with the airline.
Can you imagine what kind of crap would go in your "record" (and subsequently affect the service you receive) if you rubbed an Elite Line agent the wrong way?
