Just a quickie update....

Spent the weekend at the Kansas City Country Club Plaza FS Marriott. My two prefs....fridge and extra pillows were ignored, as usual.

I did, however, get upgraded to a very spacious larger room. They also comped our Sunday breakfasts (as a plat guest) since the CL was closed. I didn't have to ask. Very good buffet. Also, I did get my pillows when I called to the front desk. (Mrs. Cyberdad occasionally has asthma, and its helpful for her to sleep with her head elevated).

For the record, a nice stay at what I would consider to be a slightly above average property. The free shuttle to/from nearby locations in the plaza was easy to use, prompt, friendly, and a very nice touch!
