Yes , you can book two reward rooms. The best thing is to call the gold and/or diamond desk. that way they will to the reservation and make sure the system doesn't think it's a mistake.
The other reason why it's good to do this is to ensure that two rooms are actually available. You wouldn't really want to book one and then find out there is no room available when you want to book the second one.
