As a technology trainer I have to say this is the way corporations feel they are best suited. Purchase a marginal system (or develop one) and perform the least amount of training possible. Sometimes that number is 0 and the become amazed that your employees cannot perform their jobs and that your customers are not being serviced.

I am travelling domestically on 3/6 so I am sure I will see some upset gate agents/ticket agents.
