So I am flying to Nassau tomorrow. I used miles for an upgrade but as I suspected first class is almost wide open and I am sure I would get an EUA. Does anyone know if I call the elite line will they be able to give me an EUA (If Available) and refund my 30,000 miles I used for the upgrade?
