The only upgrade I had with Delta was a right to have a middle seat at the very back of the plane (coach cabin of course). When I complained saying that ST+ should allow for preferred seating + my fare was very close to full fare was just told that I was lucky enought to have a seat on this plane!!!!!!!

just don't expect any special treatment or recognition from DL at all
