Sorry: the short answer is 'no'.

The long answer is found on the EuroBonus page on the SAS site.

> You can exchange your points on all routes operated by Singapore Airlines.

> Points cannot be exchanged for flights operated by another airline on behalf of Singapore Airlines.

That 'operated on behalf' is basically what a codeshare is.
