And I thought Life at Mesa would be horrible...Thanks INT and I look forward to future correspondence.

I am a little bit pissed at US about a revenue ticket I purchased...8 Agents and 7 CSDs could not help me out but had to call Rev Management...they wont answer...then had to call Cust Relations...hold time 3 hours and I get d/c 2 hours later...

I am going to call back again tomorrow and keep trying until I get what I need on my tickets

Then I make a simple phone call to UA INTL REZ to get me a Space Postive pass for IAD-AMS next week and it took 5 minutes, that is what I call customer service!
