For the life of me I cannot see why management is going through with the conversion when so many employees have not been properly trained in Shares. Just this past weekend I had to ask 4 seperate agents at 2 different airports just to issue me a bording pass for a HP flight. The first 3 agents straight up told me they dont know how to use shares, the last agent worked at it until she got it. I know it is not the agents fault and I am always very patient when it comes to a Shares issue.
