I am flabbergasted.

And more than a little disturbed, because this basically mirrors what another (completely disconnected from the original poster) US employee told me about the conversion.

If they cut CARE off, you may as well phone in any international travel. I would not want to be in LGW or FRA or anywhere in Europe taking a 333 or 762 when this hits.
