Surely not traffic numbers, however my company (as admittedly only 1 example) has in place a travel advisery against connecting to BLR through DEL. We must connect in LHR or FRA unless we get 13 levels of approval.
Sure, it's only 1 example, but I find it hard to imagine that our travel department made that call in a vacuum.
