I am booking a flight to europe on NW. Can anyone recommend a travel agent located anywhere in the country I can go through that will further discount any NW published fare?

I remember there was an agency a couple of years back that used to discount any TWA fare accross the board by 20%. Anyone know of anyone doing anything similar?
