Was on BA 1435 This morning EDI - LHR. It took 50 minutes from the time of deplaning until the bags arrived at the carosel. THe poor guy at the desk was very nice, but apparently they werent event sent to the plane until it was on the ground around 40 minutes. This is not the first time. This is a 60 minute flight and then it takes 50 minutes to collect bags and they wonder why people want to bring so much crap on board with them ? T1 Baggage is the worst I've experienced in the world. 3rd world countrys are literally better than these clowns. And then they have the cheek to demand a better contract and more wages ? Its a shame, everyone else at BA tries hard to create a good on time experience and then these monkeys sitting on their backsides screw it all up and drag the whole airline down with them. They are the weakest link at BA, lets face it this is not rocket science. Meanwhile my driver waits,racking up the late charges. I will be asking for mileage this is inexcusable.
