I just received letter (actually 6 seperate letters) in mail from NW stating that "Your request for a refund has been reviewed. A refund of 10.00 USD has been credited to credit card account xxx...

We have 6 award tickets for june/july...I didn't request refund, so they must automatically be refunding the security fee.
