Difficult call if you're the GA, and you literally have just 5 minutes to get a pax offloaded before crew goes illegal. You can either try to negotiate, and it's likely the clock will run out, and everyone is hanging out overnight. Or, you can try to IDB someone, and hope it all goes well, knowing that if you get any grief, the clock will run out.

I'd probably pick the former, but neither option is appealing.
