On Regent, you can have dinner in your cabin (during dinner time of course), server course by course by the delivery boy (unless you are in one of the bulter room then he will do the job). The server will bring table cloth and set it everything up. They even bring will bring a bottle of red/white wine to go with your meal.
So will Crystal if you have a Penthouse cabin and I have found the service on Crystal to be far superior to Silversea.
