Thankfully SQ makes it up in F by offering two choices of appetizers, two choices of champagne, and on full scale Dinner & lunch services two choices of soup as well per meal per flight. So if one is fed up with having the caviar dishes repeatedly, there is always a second choice. Something many other airlines like CX doesn't do.
