I had a flight that was cancelled and wanted to use the e-vip's which were re-deposited to my account on another res. I called exp desk and then sent me to customer service:
(1) the agent seemed to indicated that I could see e-vip's #'s when I look at a res. How do I do this?
(2) he could only see part of the record for the cancelled flight, he sent me back to exp to see the rest of that res.
Did you get the eVIP back?
I had a similar situation and they were never able to get the eVIP out of the record. They ended up comping me a brand-new eVIP to replace the one which got hopelessly entangled in the cancelled rez.
