There are quite a few sit down restraunts in IAH. I think most of them are in C concourse, but most of the airport employees in IAH are pretty friendly, they can direct you. If memory serves me correctly they have some Chili's and some sort of a food court. It has been a long time since I actually ate in IAH, so my memory is a little faint.
