I'm dropping from 2006 Premier Executive (which was a status match I unfortunately never used, due to changing travel patterns) to base MP member at the end of the month. However, I still have 41,000 Mileage Plus miles in my account.

Is there anything special I can/should do with those miles as a result of my PE status before my special status expires in ten days?
