Have a 2BDR one week at Bay Club in Waikoloa (Big Island) since 2002 and have never stayed there! We get top billing for having the Hawaii property so exchange has been no problem. Did the RCI in 2005 for a spot on Kauai, resort was fine with no problems.

Only annoying thing about Waikoloa is that you can not use the Hilton's pools or Health Club - which are far better then both HGVC properties there. They are for the hotel guests only.

We have two toddlers so we are using the SeaWorld Resort at least once every year so that we can visit WDW without getting hosed on lodging. We do the 1BDR so that we get two weeks every year We'll probably grab another week once the kids get a little older and won't fit on the pull out so that we can continue to get two weeks.
