International-domestic transfers?
Currently I have an international flight from REP-BKK (Bangkok Airways), and then I'm going to book a domestic flight for BKK-CNX (NokAir or perhaps AirAsia). This trip is planned for March 18th.

What are the odds of the old airport opening before then? It would be quite annoying if my international flight came into the new airport, and my domestic connected out of the old one. How far apart are the airports, even? I'm assuming that'd mess a lot of things up...
