I will be flying an award business class ticket to US next year on QF and wish to continue on to Europe to see England France and Italy. I would like to go either Virgin or BA in their premium economy.

What are the comparisons. I might not book this until just before I want to go so are there any problems with getting a ticket late about September-October,

And finally where is it best to fly from east or west coast
