Lost Luggage during this week's chaos
B6 lost a suitcase yesterday somewhere between SRQ/JFK/ROC; gate announcement told PAX to plan on it happening.
Does JetBlue normally deliver lost luggage to your house -or- will that be a non-policy this week due to the chaos? Should we be aggressive about finding the suitcase today by phoning and bugging them or should we wait it out and hope the suitcase eventually arrives at our airport and they notify us by phone?
We have no experience with lost luggage - this is the first time for us ever, so would appreciate any feedback.
