Book it two or three classes higher, Q, T or L, and you'll get 100% miles for only 50 or 100 euro's more... Gold will get you into the lounges...
Looked up the fares PRG-CGK on KL. V is €810++, Q is €814++ so for 4 euro's more you can get 100% miles. You will have to do this over the phone though...
