Not a single R class. I don't know the difference between Z and D.

It all depends what carrier you fly. Different Skyteam airlines use different booking classes for the RTW. Of the top of my head here's what they are for business class:
KL - Z (although KLM CGK keeps insisting it must be R)
AF - D
AZ - D
NW - Z
CO - Z
AM - J
KE - C
I forgot about the booking classes for DL, SU and OK.
As an update to the R-class saga, KLM Jakarta now admits that there is no such thing as an R bucket in KLM yet insists that KL sectors should be booked using it
So, I've sought refuge to the local NW office, who has told me that they'll issue a Skyteam RTW with KLM Z sectors with no problem.
To KLM's credit, though, they did give me a printout of the RTW faretable where it clearly states that KLM sectors are to be booked in R.
