Rita, depending on your travel patterns, you may choose to top the account off with partner activity. My father passed a couple years ago, but I topped off his account by giving his FF number for activity like car rentals, hotel stays, online surveys., etc. Never had trouble with them posting. The process may take time-- at ~50 miles/car day, but the key is to keep activity in the account.

If you know her pin, that will make redeeming easier. I always maintained my family's accounts so that isn't a problem for me.

I've planned to use the miles for a special upcoming trip-- to remember him with my family.
