I just got her statement, and found she has 15,000 miles. So I called NWA and asked if they'd transfer the miles to me. They refused.

The res agent told me that they'd eliminated the transfer option about 3 or 4 months ago.

Can anyone give me any suggestions/ideas/contacts who might be able to approve the transfer?
