I did this same exact xfer a few months ago. There is a bus but after the long flight you might as well just walk: get outside, turn right and keep walking... It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes. When you get to the T6/T7 area go back inside and take an escalator or elevator up one level to departures where you'll go through security. (LH should be able to print your UA LAX-SEA BP in FRA)
I also recommend that you walk; it's not far at all. However, make sure that you go to the upper level and then walk. The lower level is a smelly, smoggy, noisy parking lot with nothing to look at but waiting vehicles at peak times.

UA's IFL at LAX is not a dump. Sure, it's not the LH FCT, but it isn't that bad. And I have found it to be staffed by some of the most helpful CSR's in UA. And it beats the RCC by a wide margin (although that's not hard to do.) No shower, though.
After you clear customs at Bradley Terminal, as you are exiting, follow the signs for connecting flights. You will be directed to a drop-off zone where you will hand your bags over to agents.
