Lately on YWG-YYZ it was been a salad with chicken or beef on top and yes it is all cold. To be honest I have had the exact same served to me in J on a 319 or 320.

Many people, me included, prefer the E90 because it has the AVOD and a smaller J cabin. For me, I would stay on the E90.
