trying to make a booking on IBERIA, now again I had 2 clueless agents.
No Sir, there is no seat available.
I told that there are 3 seats in U class, and she only can't see them, because IB uses AMADEUS and CX ( I think it is ABACUS ). Needed 3 calls to find one agent who was able to book it.
Proofing everything in
www.checkmytrip.com then I found , the outbound on that day goes via a transfer city, but the day later is a nonstop. Again proof of availability , 3 seats available, and again the same story, sorry there is no seat available. Now I asked for a supervisor. She not want to connect me. hang up and try again beeing more than 2 houers in a wait loop.
Is it only me having this problems. I had the same 3 more times always with flightbookings on AA, where they also not see award availability in first class !
