Hypothetical question... let's say the MRU price goes up and someone with a MRU issued ticket needs to change the first international segment... Since a refund/reissue is required, does that mean that it would reprice at the new (higher) price?
They gave me the new price (or add/collect) in a lump sum, so I assume it includes any fees. I've nto asked specifically in case they have forgotten to include it.
Date changes ex-MRU seem not to require a re-issue, but routing changes to first international segment do and that would be subject to any price increases.
