I am in the camp that row 10 is better than row 11 for the reasons stated above, and also because in row 10, you do not run this risk of the person in the row behind you pulling on the back of your seat to get up as you do in row 11 (with row 12). I have always felt more pulls and kicks when sitting in row 11 than I do in row 10.
