My problem with row 11, is that most of the time when there's crew folks that are travelling, the GA's will dump them in Row 11.

So the chances of a empty middle seat in Row 11 is very rare.

I don't mind the limited recline, so I go for Row 10. Plenty of leg room, and 9 times out of ten, the middle seat is EMPTY.

Plus, if there is an equipment change to a A319, Row 11 is NOT in E+. While Row 10 is still in the exit row.

Also, beware of the stubby armrest on the exit row window seats.
