1. Hardship
2. Full-Fare tickets
3. Status
4. Long connections
5. Any nut that has a short flight and no job or life that could wait for eternity and not care, yet they are the first one in line BEGGING to get home so that they can watch American Idol.

Number 5 makes me mad when I encounter a delay.
